Look who's five months old!

This was a big month of new skills for Miss Hannah.  She mastered rolling over both ways (albeit in one direction) as demonstrated by her barrel roll, she's learning to sit up, and she's killing it at her new favorite activity - jumping!

Next up....solid foods!

Baby on the move

We've been trying to teach her to roll from her stomach to her back (she mastered back to front almost a month ago, as seen here), and then all of a sudden, it clicked.  And it is hilarious.  Her record is 4 complete rotations...I think it's time to baby-proof...and start vacuuming more often :)

We had a great day celebrating America's birthday this 4th of July!  We made blueberry pancakes for breakfast, enjoyed some relaxing time at the pool, grilled with friends, and caught the fireworks in CW. Hannah was exhausted by the end of the day, but we did squeeze in a quick photo shoot :)

Camping at Louie's Bottom

Last weekend we hopped in the car for another road trip - this time, up to PA for a visit to Alex's family!  It was a reunion of sorts, with family in from all over the country, including his brother and his fiancee, and even his cousin and her family in from France.

Although we didn't actually camp (everyone knows both babies and their mamas looooove air conditioning and real beds), we had a great time enjoying the great outdoors during the day, eating delicious food, and catching up with everyone.
