Sarah is here!

Guys.  It's been like 3.5 months.  I swear I didn't forget about the blog.  I just had another baby and as it turns out, two really is a lot busier than one!  Finding time to sort through the thousands of pictures from the past few months is a project by itself, but then choosing favorites to post??  A nearly impossible task.

But I think I'm up to the challenge.  Plus our sweet happy second born deserves all the love (and documentation) we've got - she's so wonderful!!  So without further ado...

Our Sarah bear is here!  Sarah Margaret arrived on Feb. 10 at 9:49 PM, weighing in at 8 lbs 7.5 oz and measuring 21.75 inches.  Her name holds great significance for us - Sarah, with Biblical roots means princess, and Margaret, my great grandmother's name, who passed away when my grandpa was young but still had a profound impact on his life. Thanks to the miracles of modern medicine (read: induction and epidural), Sarah was only 4 days late and just over 12 hours of labor.

She truly is an incredible miracle and we are thrilled to welcome her to our family!

Speaking of her sister, Hannah was thrilled to meet "baby goo-goo Sarah" and hold her with her special pillow!
